    i would like to start a webOS theme, but dont want to do it all on my own.

    There is a webOS theme already that can be found in Online Themes section of Theme Manager. Maybe u can use some icons from that theme

    why not take a basic theme (one thats got a foundation already) add your icons to replace the old one, and then edit things to your liking, IE: status bar, chat boxes, music etc...????
