    Hello all,

    Remember these points.

    • Always state your device.
    • Always state your version.
    • Try and include a logcat if possible, using the MIUI Android Logcat Service
    • Try and include a screenshot (if visual problem - Press Vol Down & Back button at same time).
    • Look through the forum with a quick glance to see if the issue already exists. Then give your input there.
    • Understand that issues that only YOU are encountering are not bugs, but a misconfiguration on your end.
