    So everytime you've updated your MIUI ICS v4 ROM lately you will of seen the standard optimising applications message screen. Xiaomi have made their own UI for this.

    Well , Its a nice feature , but the icon really looks unprofessional to me :|

    But , since it is changed by Xiaomi :D I think it could be customizable .
