[MOD] Lower Auto-brightness level to save battery

    Inspired by LockeOn on this thread and also eybee1970 in this thread, I have trying to play around with framework-res.apk for MIUI 2.5.11.

    Yes, it is slightly extreme but after trying a few times, I found that with those values above, you are still able to see the screen in bright daylight (with auto brightness on) and more comfortable to see the screen in total darkness (with auto brightness on).

    If you want to try, I have made a flashable zip here for MIUI 2.5.11.

    Just download it and flash it with CWM Recovery.

    Don't forget to wipe cache and dalvik after you flash and before you reboot your phone. To be safe, make a nandroid backup in a case something goes wrong.

    Very nice, wish MIUI would add this feature to the ROM somehow. I will try this if you can make it for 2.5.25
