    Just installed the new update (2.6.22), seems the response problem has been resolved. i guess if nobody else experienced it, it was something with the install....

    Must say though!... i cannot see myself moving from this rom, it truly is grand!... Thanks Andy!

    i have 2 stupid questions :)
    1.how can i see on the lock screen my alarm clock with the hour its set to ? on aokp it was default that way
    2.how can i tell miui to save the contacts i add to my google account ?

    in miui gb i remember it had the option to chose where i have this option now as well but in gb it was in general i just choose my google account and every contact saved there without the need to remember always to chose google

    overall it all works perfectly for my use thnx andy !

    I'm not meaning to be negative, the rom is really stable and fast so far, but one more bit of feedback:
    The new version of the Miui file browser is installed instead of the Mi File browser, which is fine now that it has emmc support, except that, either I can't find a way, or it doesn't have support for sharing emmc via the built in FTP server? :confused:

    Don't know about 1.
    But about 2.
    As long your account is set, and sync on its will auto save.
    E.g. I have 2 google accounts and its asking me where to sync every time

    i have tryed bat the result is the same, i have statusbar and same miui application ( DeskClock,FileExolorer ,etc ) in english, AntiSpam and GuardProvider in cinese, setting and user app in italian, i think that can be depending to file framework-miui-res missing in the last two release of language pack. I have installed the new version of rom after a full wipe.

    Tried all the methods written in google site, with no use....
    Market keep showing "downloading" but never starts to..

    wiped cache and dalvik
    Reflashed gapps.
    wiped market and google framework service's data.
    Wiped download manager data. Even wiped data and Reflashed the ROM
    Nothing helps...

    I stumbled across the miui weather widget, strangely enough, in the widget settings, there is a check to show your next alarm time within the weather widget... my only problem was that the miui weather could not find my area.

    Hello,

    I resolve the issue, proxydroid app required the iptables, in the Semaphore APP I activate the Netfilter option and the proxy droid app are correct working now. ;)

    The APK only works for China. (The Weather.apk, required for the widgets to work) We are working with Xiaomi to make it work anywhere. Then will bundle it inside the weekly ROM.

    Sounds to me like you did a data wipe after flashing the ROM? Auto Start Manager is not included so don't bother looking for it but the other two should be there, just flash the ROM again with no wipe this time..

    You're not just being impatient are you? If you wipe all data and flash the ROM the first time you go into the play store it will upgrade it in the background, no downloads will start until that update finishes..

    Are you still using the Semaphore Kernel that comes with the ROM or have you switched? I ask because the datafix script is already included, if you switch to a different kernel the init.d directory normally gets cleared which would delete the script..
