I think the Captivate was EOLed (End of Life). The downloads for it were just too low. Next week will decide that. If there is no ROM released next week, MIUI China will have ended support for it.

There is a release every Friday. If it wasn't this Friday, then I'd venture to say this upcoming Friday or the next one. Depending on stability.
