MIUI Korean translation full ROM

Thanks to Crowdin, XDA, MIUI-dev forum and veryvery to s-Muphy (MIUI_AU).

ROM is based on s-Muphy's R2 (12/11).
Some apps are added and some removed.also added libs for Korean.
Most of strings are from Crowdin's, and I edited alot of strings for unaffected.
