Are these problems with the English language patch installed? With the patch I have those problems, without I have no issues.

I don't know if the problem comes from the chinese ROM or from the translation pack but the GPS isn't working

Everything works fine with the latest package, the only thing is that I only get the 3g signal on the notification bar and it seems it does not go to hsdpa. Is this normal on gingerbread?
    Thanks

GPS seems to be working but it is not doing its job with the satnav. I've to add it's the first time the satnav isn't working no matter what ROM I've used so far (CM, MIUI Froyo, any GB,...)

    Any idea?

Odd. My GPS is probably the best I have had it! Got a lock from deep in my flat (which is REALLY rare), popped to the car and navigated using Google to my next work appointment. Maybe a full wipe again would help? Other then that I'm out of ideas

There seems to be some kind of resolution issue, look at the bottom of the widget:

It's not normal, but it isn't much of an issue. I'll copy and paste what I posted about it in the other thread:

The icon for HSDPA seems to be broken, and it displays the 3G icon even if you have a HSDPA connection.

Dial *#*#4636#*#*, go into Phone Info, and check what it lists your network type as. Mine is listed as HSDPA and I've done a speed test to confirm I'm still getting those speeds
