    I have tried to send an blank SMS in a 4digit number without any success?

    Any idea or it is a SMS bug?

    I also need it sometimes, it's about some carriers that have some special service, for which you should send and empty sms to activate.. I'd need that also..

    Ah... try downloading another sms program like GO SMS and see if you can send them with that
