    I am running newest miui 11.5 and flashed the mms.apk and unfortunately I still have the phantom notification telling me I have 5 voicemails I can not clear. Any help please?

    That issue you are seeing is not the one I was talking about in this fix. Plus there is a new build out. Go see if it fixes any issues you were having.

    To fix the timestamp issue and have it persist through reboot, modify build.prop using Root Manager (or ADB)

    (use only ONE of the following)

    Code:
    persist.sys.timezone=America/New York for EST
    persist.sys.timezone=America/Chicago for CST
    persist.sys.timezone=America/Los Angeles for PST

    and reboot your phone.

    yes I did. the "for est" doesn't have to be included right?

    also I added it to the bottom of the .prop file.
