    Is MIUI an AOSP based Rom? Because I want to install Google Now, and I can only use AOSP based. Thanks.

    Yes It will work. On Xda you can find modded Velvet.apk file for ICS.

    It worked on my Nexus S with MIUI 2.8.3.

    Google Now is now included in all JB ROMs. Were not gonna hack it onto ICS ROMs. I know its possible, but we release pure ROMs and don't want to clutter it with hacked APKs.
