There's a way to backup my MIUI Settings, themes, the icons organization at the screen and stuff like that?

If you say yes, can I export this to other phone?

But I can't set him to not backup my apps, that my titanium backup pro already does everyday and put in dropbox...

If titanium backup pro could do the entire stuff, it would be nice...

    so... another way?

Yeah, MIUI Backup installs much more cleanly than Titanium Backup. You have to install the paid version of Titanium to restore without prompts after every single app. Plus MIUI allows you to backup to the cloud for free, though I couldn't get my registration to work on the site =P

You know, I used MIUI Backup to backup up everything before a wipe. (I installed a new radio and wiped everything to be safe, although upon later research, I may have been over-cautious.) After the system came back up, I went into MIUI Backup and restored everthing: first user apps, then system apps (I read somewhere else to do it this way so that the system doesn't get confused if some apps are missing that it has system settings for.) It restored my folders and the number and layout of my screens, but it did not restore my wallpaper nor widgets. Wallpaper is no problem, but widgets are a pain to restore on the MIUI Launcher. I know that previous versions of the Android OS are unable to backup launcher widgets but I wondered if this might have been solved in Ice Cream Sandwich.
