    Every friday I'm cheating on my wife, all day goes into getting the new MIUI ROM, installing and using it.
    That again means sleeping on the couch, but its so worth it!

    1. Download to our box.
    2. Begin the building of 19 roms (decompile, translate, recompile, zip-align, optimize)
    3. Short QA with crespo/maguro/mione (testing)
    4. Upload 19 ROMs to 3 mirrors

    If you change anything in the ROM. Like 50% of our users do, then flash an upgrade and it doesn't have an updated file that you changed. Very bad things happen. OTA incrementals are a bad idea for such a vast community.

    Guys, can't we think of a service allow us to subscribe to it by mail and device name and u can push a notification/mail when the update of that devices released from your (MIUIAndroid) site! and even if we have a hotfix release it sends another mail with the link and the MD5 of it?
